THE PROBLEM
Do you know which maintenance requirement applied on the day of the release?
Regulation (EU) No 1321/2014 has been amended more than fifteen times since it entered into force, and the amendments amend each other. The base text in the Official Journal no longer tells a Part-145 or CAMO organisation what applies today.
That matters most at the two moments it is hardest to reconstruct: when an inspector asks which version your procedure was written against, and when a requirement is already published but only applies from a future date.
MOE or CAME cites paragraphs that have since been renumbered or reworded.
Which annex applies depends on the aircraft and the operation, and the two are easy to mix up.
Part-145 and Part-CAMO requirements with a later applicability date look identical to the ones in force.

What is the difference between Part-M and Part-ML?
Part-M applies to complex motor-powered and commercially operated aircraft; Part-ML covers lighter aircraft outside commercial air transport. Both are in this package, so you can compare them side by side.
Does the package include Part-66 and Part-147?
Yes, in the AllCAW bundle. They are also available separately as ePART-647 if you only need certifying staff licensing and maintenance training.
