A bilateral aviation safety agreement decides whether the other authority accepts your design approval, your production release or your maintenance work. Each agreement has its own technical implementation procedures, its own scope and its own exceptions — and they are revised independently of each other.
The agreements are scattered across authority websites in different formats, and the EU–UK arrangement is newer than most guidance about it. When a shipment is held or an approval is questioned, the answer has to come from the current text of the right agreement.
What the EU–US TIP accepts is not what the EU–Brazil or EU–Japan agreement accepts.
Agreements and their procedures live on different authority sites, in different formats and revisions.
A TIP revision changes acceptance conditions without any change to the EU regulation itself.

How does the free trial work?

Is ePARTS the same as the EASA Easy Access Rules?
No. The Easy Access Rules are periodic PDF compilations. ePARTS is a searchable database updated within days of each amendment, with the applicability date shown on the requirement itself.
Can I buy just one agreement?
Yes. This is the one category sold per agreement, from €25.00 for the EU–Japan agreement or the EU–UK provisions. The bundle is worth it from about three agreements onwards.
Are the technical implementation procedures included?
Yes. The TIPs are where the acceptance conditions actually sit, so they are in the package alongside the agreement text and searchable in the same query.
